START WITH THE AREAS THAT MATTER

A seasonal tidy.
With a clear scope.

A maintained yard may need leaves and branches gathered. Heavier debris, weeds or neglected beds can need more time. We estimate your property and the work you choose.

Winter leaves and loose debris

Gather leftover leaves, fallen branches and loose garden debris from the lawn, beds and other areas agreed in your estimate. Choose a few priority areas or a wider cleanup.

Garden-bed tidying

Clear debris and manually remove weeds from the beds you want included. Point out emerging plants and areas to keep undisturbed. We do not use chemical herbicides.

Suitable plant cutbacks

Identify dead perennial growth and seasonal material you want addressed. We agree cutbacks around the plants and conditions, rather than cutting everything back.

Cleanup first. Lawn care by agreement.

Aeration, dethatching, overseeding, top dressing and fertilizer are separate lawn-care services . If you also want a first mow or ongoing lawn maintenance , include it in your request so the timing and price can be confirmed.

GROUND CONDITIONS COME FIRST

Ready for spring.
When the yard is ready.

Share the conditions on your property.

Snowmelt, wet soil and soft lawn areas affect when a cleanup can be carried out. Tell us about standing water, difficult access or areas that should not be walked on. Frozen, saturated or very soft ground can delay the visit.

Our spring-cleanup timing guide explains how to plan around soil conditions and decide which garden areas to leave until later.

Show us what to keep.

Point out emerging plants, bulbs and beds you want left undisturbed. Some growth may be better left until conditions are suitable for a cutback. We confirm those priorities before starting.

Make the access clear.

Mention side gates, steps, parking restrictions and where bagged waste can be left. A few wide photos are helpful if you have them, but are optional.

CLEAR PRICING

Crew time.
Waste handling.

The amount of debris, garden condition, access and tasks you choose determine the time needed. Your estimate also confirms whether waste stays for collection or is taken away.

CREW TIME

$150/hour

A two-person crew.

The hourly amount covers both people. It is not a charge for each person.

LEFT FOR COLLECTION

$1/bag

Bagged yard waste.

Yard waste bags are $1 each for material left for municipal collection where appropriate.

TAKEN AWAY

From $250

Waste removal.

Waste removal starts at $250. Disposal requirements and costs are confirmed for your job.

All prices in CAD, plus HST. Bags or removal are additional to crew time. Lawn-care treatments and other services are quoted separately.

BEFORE YOU ENQUIRE

Spring-cleanup
questions.

When can a spring cleanup take place?

Once the snow has cleared and the ground is workable. Frozen, saturated or very soft ground can delay the visit. Share your preferred timing; we confirm scheduling after reviewing the property and conditions.

Do I need a full-property cleanup?

No. You can request priority areas such as the front garden, lawn or back yard. Name the areas to include and anything you want left untouched. The estimate is based on that agreed scope.

Is lawn treatment included?

Aeration, dethatching, overseeding, top dressing and fertilizer are separate lawn-care services. A first lawn cut can be discussed as part of your request, but is not automatically included in a cleanup.

What affects the cleanup price?

The crew rate is $150 per hour for two people, plus HST. Debris volume, weeds, bed condition, access and agreed tasks affect the time needed. Bags or waste removal are extra. We confirm the work and estimate before scheduling.

Do I have to send photos?

No. You can submit the essential contact, property and service information first. The optional section lets you add details, photos or videos if you want to show the areas that need attention.

What happens to the yard waste?

Yard waste bags are $1 each for material left for municipal collection where appropriate. Waste removal starts at $250. These charges are additional to crew time, plus HST. Tell us your preference so handling and disposal costs can be included in the estimate.
