What could crew time cost?
2 hours = $300; 3 hours = $450; 4 hours = $600 in labour, plus HST and yard-waste charges. These are planning examples, not fixed-price packages or a promise of how long your yard will take.
Ask us to cap the visit at an agreed number of hours. We prioritise the areas that matter most and check with you before extending the time.

A staged cleanup
Keep leaves manageable with an earlier visit, followed by a later cleanup. Each visit is quoted and scheduled separately; later leaf fall needs another visit.

Do I need photos to request a quote?+
No. Start with your name, email, phone number and property address. Photos are optional. If we need more information to estimate the work, we will follow up with you.
Can I set a budget or time limit?+
Yes. Tell us your preferred budget or time limit. We agree the priorities and a cap before the visit, and check with you before extending the agreed time. Larger jobs may need another visit.
How is a fall cleanup priced?+
The rate is $150 per hour for a two-person crew, plus HST. That is the crew rate, not a charge for each person. Total time depends on the areas, leaf volume, condition, access and agreed tasks. Bags or haul-away are additional. We confirm the estimate before scheduling.
Should I request one visit or two?+
A single visit can handle one main tidy-up. If leaves are still arriving and you want the yard managed in stages, ask about repeat visits. Each visit has its own agreed scope, price and schedule.
Will you return if more leaves fall?+
A cleanup covers the agreed work during that visit. Later leaf fall is additional work. If you want another visit, include that in your request so it can be planned and quoted.
What happens to the leaves and garden waste?+
Yard-waste bags are $1 each and left at your property for city collection. Haul-away is $250 per trailer load. These charges are additional to labour and subject to HST. We confirm the handling and expected charges in your estimate.
Are gutters included?+
Gutter cleaning is a separate service. Mention it in the enquiry if you want it considered alongside your yard cleanup, with its own agreed scope and price.
