We confirm the scope before you book. We use shovels and snowblowers, not a plow truck, to work around your home.

Driveways

Clearing for the agreed driveway area. Tell us how many vehicles it holds and where they are normally parked.

Walkways, steps & entrances

Include front steps, side paths or a rear entrance in your quote. Photos help us understand narrow access and changes in level.

Optional salting

Add salting for the agreed areas. It is priced separately so you can compare your options.

Snow stays on your property. City-plow windrows are cleared when present at our visit; a later windrow is not included in that visit.

How much does residential snow removal cost?

Seasonal snow removal starts at $1,650 CAD plus HST for the standard 2-inch trigger. Your driveway size, walkways, steps and access determine the final quote. The 1-inch option and salting cost extra. We confirm the full price before you commit.

How do seasonal payments work?

Pay 50% before November 15, 2026 and the remaining 50% by January 15, 2027. Your quote confirms the total, tax and any salting option.

When does seasonal service run?

November 15 to April 15. This season runs from November 15, 2026 to April 15, 2027. Your agreement confirms your snowfall trigger and clearing areas. An enquiry is not a confirmed booking.

When will my property be cleared?

Clearing is completed within 12 hours after snowfall ends once your selected snowfall trigger has been reached. The trigger is a snowfall amount, not an arrival time. We cannot promise a particular arrival time or make your property the first stop.

Is salting included?

Salting is optional and costs extra. Choose Yes in the form if you would like it included in your quote, or Not sure if you would like to discuss it.

Do you remove city-plow windrows?

A city-plow windrow is cleared if it is there when we visit. A ridge created after our visit is not included in that completed visit.

Is snow hauled away?

Snow is moved to suitable areas on your property, not hauled away. We agree on access and snow placement before service begins.

Do you cover my neighbourhood?

We serve residential properties in Etobicoke and nearby West Toronto. Send your address so we can confirm coverage and winter route availability.

Do I need photos to get a quote?

No. Start with your name, email, phone number and property address. Photos of your driveway, walkways and steps help us assess the work, but you can send them later. Photos and service preferences are optional.
